The product you have purchased is a "live" beneficial organism. You will need a hose-end sprayer with its filter removed or a watering can to apply your nematodes.
Preparation of nematodes for application:
1) Water lawn before application.
2) You can use a partial amount of the nematodes. If you wish to do this, please pour the entire contents into a dish and mix well to distribute nematodes evenly. Pour the amount you wish to use in your hose-end sprayer or watering can and then return the remaining nematodes to the shipping container and store in refrigerator.
3) Add water to the hose-end sprayer container or watering can and mix/stir well.
4) Spray immediately after preparation.
5) Spread the spraying solution evenly over the area to be treated.
6) Continuous mixing of hose-end sprayer container or watering can should be take place to prevent nematodes sinking to the bottom of container.
7) Keep the soil moist for the first week after application, and then water the area as you would normally.
